1. Maintain Smooth IT Support for All End Users
2. IT Inventory Management
3. Maintenance and Upkeep of All IT Infrastructure
4. Identify Scope and Develop of Recent IT Infrastructure and Automation Across Production and User Points
5. Keep Organization Update on Latest IT Utilities and Relevant Technology Advancement
6. IT Vendor Management and Procurement SOP
7. Establish SLA for Internal Services
8. Prepare and Manage IT Budget
9. Team Development and IT Training to Upskill Users
10. Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
11. Manage LAN, WAN,



and VPN connectivity to ensure optimal network performance.
12. Monitor network performance and identify issues using monitoring tools.
13. Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
14. Provide on-call support for network-related incidents and resolve issues promptly.
15. Implement network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
16. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of security protocols to protect company data and network infrastructure.
17. Monitor for potential security threats and respond to incidents as necessary.
18. Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, topologies, and network inventories.
19. Prepare regular reports on network performance, incidents, and security events.
