Job Description:

Job Title – Sr Engg/Sr Buyer

Experience Required – 5-6 Yr

Preferred Industry – Automotive, Glass, UPVC Window.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare material requirement plans (Weekly / Monthly) and arrange schedule/PO to vendor as per production Requirement.

- Follow up with vendors for timely material availability.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Finance departments for smooth supply chain operations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for continuous supply support.

- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.

- Support vendor audits and compliance activities.

- Maintain all Purchase records & Prepare MIS reports

Qualifications

- Education:



Engg Background (B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engg) or MBA in Supply Chain Management.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Materials Buyer, Purchasing Officer, or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or UPVC Window industry.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SCM principles, Inventory management, Risk Management, Command on ERP & MS Office Suite.

- Knowledge Required: Understanding of manufacturing processes.

- Soft Skills: Interpersonal, Accountability, Independent Working, Problem Solver.
