Job Description:

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Executive Assistant to support the Sales Head in day-to-day activities. This role combines sales coordination, client communication, and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the sales department and effective execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Head in managing daily schedules, meetings, and communications

- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, quotations, follow-ups, and client requirements

- Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and performance dashboards

- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other documents required by the Sales Head

- Act as the point of contact between the Sales Head and clients/distributors for regular updates and follow-ups

- Track sales leads, monitor pipeline activities, and ensure timely responses to customers

- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and event participation for the Sales Head





- Support in organizing and attending client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions

- Draft emails, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Sales Head

- Ensure confidentiality and smooth flow of information across the team

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 2–4 years of experience as Sales Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

- Skilled, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, or B2B industry

- Ability to handle international communication and documentation

- Strong analytical and reporting skills
