Position Overview

As a Business Development Executive at Square One, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and maintaining client relationships. This position requires someone with experience in business development, robust industry connections, and the ability to manage client servicing effectively. You will be responsible for supporting strategic sales initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Role & Responsibilities

ROLE TYPE: This is an Individual Role to meet the Sales Targets set by the company. The Role is a mix of Client Acquisition and Retention.

Role & Responsibility
● Sales Strategy Execution:
1. Implement and execute sales strategies and tactical plans to drive business growth.

● Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
1. Lead individual client acquisition efforts, building and nurturing relationships.
2. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent servicing.





● Revenue Target Achievement
1. Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets, monitoring performance and correcting course as needed.

● Market Analysis & Intelligence
1. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and inform strategy.
2. Leverage connections outside the assigned region, especially Tier 1 / 2 cities, to support regional growth.
3. Explore fast growing real estate markets beyond current locations.

● Team Collaboration
1. Collaborate with internal teams, especially marketing, to develop sales collateral and promotional material.

● Travel
1. Travel extensively within and outside the assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
2. Personal vehicle is mandatory for this profile.
