Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Privacy Architect with strong expertise in OneTrust, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Azure Cloud, and Enterprise Privacy Solutions to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale data privacy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will architect and deliver end-to-end privacy solutions, implement OneTrust modules, integrate privacy services with enterprise applications, and establish governance frameworks for sensitive information management. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and security partners to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and enterprise standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrivacy Architecture & Governance

- Architect and design enterprise privacy and IAM solutions using OneTrust and Microsoft Azure.
- Lead Privacy by Design initiatives and implement technical privacy controls.
- Define privacy architecture standards, governance models, and enterprise best practices.
- Develop architecture documentation, reference models, and technical standards.

OneTrust Implementation

- Implement and manage OneTrust Cookie Compliance, Incident Response, Identity Proofing, Privacy Inventory, Data Discovery, and Privacy Notice Management modules.
- Build and maintain sensitive data inventories and metadata repositories.
- Perform Privacy Threshold Assessments (PTA) and privacy impact assessments.
- Develop privacy dashboards, reporting, and governance using Power BI.

Cloud & Enterprise Integration

- Design integrations between OneTrust, Salesforce, Azure Postgres, Informatica, and enterprise platforms.
- Develop secure REST/SOAP APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
- Support Azure cloud deployments using Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ARM Templates, and Infrastructure as Code.

Production Support & Operations

- Monitor and support enterprise privacy platforms across multiple environments.




- Troubleshoot privacy platform issues and coordinate production support activities.
- Maintain documentation, ServiceNow tickets, and operational runbooks.
- Conduct regular platform health checks and compliance reviews.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead architecture discussions and technical solution design.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with business, security, development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in SAFe Agile planning, sprint reviews, and architecture governance activities.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data Privacy Architecture, IAM, or Enterprise Security Architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience with OneTrust platform implementation and customization.
- Experience implementing Privacy by Design, Privacy Assessments, and DSAR processes.
- Strong knowledge of Collibra, metadata management, and data governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Policy, ARM Templates, and cloud architecture.
- Strong experience designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM), OAuth2, JWT, and API security.
- Robust experience developing Power BI dashboards, Power Query, and DAX.
- Experience with SQL Server, ETL, Data Warehousing, and enterprise databases.
- Working knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with Informatica, Oracle, ADLS, PL/SQL, Dremio, Dynamics CRM, and Git.
- Strong understanding of TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Mandatory Certification

- Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) and/or
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
