Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients medical history and fitness for anesthesia.
- Develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia.
- Monitor vital signs and patient response during procedures.
- Manage airway, ventilation, and life-support systems.
- Provide post-operative pain management.
- Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

- MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma in Anesthesiology (or equivalent).
- Valid medical license/registration.
- Certification in ACLS/BLS preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making.
- Attention to detail and crisis management ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours.

Experience

- Freshers or experienced candidates (depending on hiring level).
- Prior experience in ICU/OT preferred.

Work Workplace

- Operation theaters, ICUs, emergency departments.
- Rotational shifts, on-call duties may be required.
