We are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our team as Senior Manager Operations based at our Visakhapatnam office.
Mariner/Non-Mariner with good experience in port ops and good communication skills with leadership ability.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 15 years of experience in container terminal and port operations.
Sound knowledge of container vessel operations and stowage planning.
Solid understanding of container logistics, vessel handling, and terminal operations.
Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with terminal operators, port authorities, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Profile
Age preferably below 45 years.
Proven leadership experience in managing operation team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
