- We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic web application developer with strong experience building complex front-end applications using AngularJS.
- You will be working within a professional software development team primarily focused on developing enterprise scale applications for use by our local government and housing association sector customers.
- Some of the activities the candidate would need to engage with e.g. troubleshooting, lessons learned, documenting solutions, mentoring, building scripts and tools etc Developers to work closely with the housing application support team to help find resolutions to customer issues relating to the NEC housing application software. Theyd need to be able to show an aptitude for prioritising workload as we work strictly in accordance with customer SLAs.

Qualification Criteria

5-10yrs - Work Experience

Essential:

- Troubleshoot issues across the housing database, integrator, the NEC console and the mobile app.
- Liaise with the support team to provide clear details of their findings.
- Raise defects if they identify an issue with the software.
- Ensure lessons learned are documented to avoid future occurrences.
- Write scripts to help with investigations and also to clear down customer data, where required.
- Work in an Agile team environment with product experts, business analysts,



testers and other similarly skilled engineers, to deliver web application solutions using AngularJS.
- Undertake software analysis, design, development, and unit testing.
- Ability to think laterally about problems and use current technologies to best advantage to deliver cutting-edge solutions
- Work from outline specifications to deliver working prototypes/solutions
- Working knowledge of design/architectural patterns and best practices.
- Ability to articulate and describe developed solutions, include the pros and cons
- Keep abreast of new technologies and their applicability to work requests
