About the Role

As a Senior Territory Manager – Two-Wheeler Loan , you will be responsible for acquiring customers and driving disbursals for two-wheeler loans across designated territories in India. The role involves meeting monthly acquisition targets, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining compliance with internal and external guidelines. You will play a key role in supporting the bank’s growth strategy by enabling digital solutions and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Acquire two-wheeler loan customers in the identified segment and catchment areas.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisitions by analyzing customer banking needs.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer opportunities and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the bank’s credit and operational policies.
- Demonstrate ability to build,



lead and motivate high-performing teams.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Foster a team environment focused on digital enablement to holistically meet customer needs.
- Drive initiatives that support the bank’s rapid growth objectives.
- To improve the sourcing from the strategic alliances and direct channels.

What We Are Looking For

Education

- Graduation: Any discipline
- Post Graduation (preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail lending, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle loans.

Skills and Attributes

- Solid understanding of retail lending products and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Analytical mindset to track key success metrics such as disbursals, file-to-disbursal conversion, TPD, and insurance penetration.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude to support team and organizational goals.
