- Diploma / B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience

- 5-10 years of experience in P&M; operations, maintenance, and equipment management, Infra Experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and heavy machinery.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimum downtime.
- Maintain records of equipment performance, fuel consumption, and repair history.
- Coordinate with project and site teams for equipment mobilization and demobilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support in equipment inspections, audits, and spare parts management.

Skills Required

- Sound technical knowledge of construction machinery (cranes, batching plants,



excavators, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and documentation.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across India.
