Job Description:

- Install and test equipment to ensure it runs smoothly
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in tandem with the sales team
- Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure all customer issues are handled in a timely and cost effective manner
- Maintain service and customer complaint databases to ensure issues are monitored and tracked effectively
- Provide routine servicing for installed machines
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general customer concerns
- Leading or assisting with the support of projects
- Following government health and safety regulations and the regulations of their employerDelivering services to customers effectively and on tim
- Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely
- Explaining recent features and suggesting upgrades to customers
