Job Title: Branch Manager – Direct Channel (Life Insurance)
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: Up to ₹7.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch sales and achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Acquire current customers through the Direct Channel.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in the Life Insurance Direct Channel.
- 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
Important:
- Only Direct Channel experience will be considered.
- Candidates with only Banca or Agency Channel experience are not eligible.
- Candidates currently working with Policybazaar or HDFC Life are not eligible.
