Hiring: Senior HR Executive – End-to-End HR

PaySpin is looking for a robust, accountable and result-oriented HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and complete HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of recruitment for sales, operations, technology, compliance, finance and managerial positions.

• Independently source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, consultants, social media and direct outreach.

• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates.

• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.

• Manage candidate follow-ups from initial contact until successful joining.

• Maintain daily recruitment reports covering sourcing, calls, interviews, shortlisted candidates, offers and joining status.

• Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, appointment letters and employee documentation.

• Handle onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, probation, confirmation and exit formalities.

• Maintain employee records, HR policies, confidentiality documents and statutory files.

• Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance records.

• Handle employee concerns, workplace discipline and performance-related matters professionally.





• Work closely with founders and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

• Build and improve HR processes suitable for a growing fintech startup.

• Take full ownership of the timely completion of recruitment and HR activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

• Prior experience working in a startup is compulsory.

• Prior experience working in the fintech, payments, banking or financial-services sector is compulsory.

• Proven ability to independently source, interview and close candidates.

• Strong experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and direct sourcing methods.

• Good communication, negotiation and candidate follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

• Strong ownership, confidentiality and reporting discipline.

• Must be comfortable handling both recruitment and complete HR operations.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be fully responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, completing interviews, closing positions within timelines and ensuring candidates successfully join the organisation.

Candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment execution will be entirely the responsibility of the Senior HR Executive.
