Role Description

The Founder's Office - Intern will provide critical support in research, project execution, and business strategies while collaborating closely with the leadership team. Responsibilities include drafting reports, analyzing data, coordinating across departments, managing meetings,



and ensuring timely follow-ups on strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid role across multiple cities in India.

Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical skills for data analysis and strategic insights
- Project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Written and verbal communication, report drafting, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams
- Robust organizational skills and self-motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the financial services sector or educational programs is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
