Role Description:

We are seeking experienced Hydraulic Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the hydraulics industry.

The Hydraulic Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing sales of Brilon Industries’ hydraulic and duct hose product lines. This position involves identifying prospective clients, conducting virtual sales presentations, and providing product recommendations based on customer applications and technical specifications. The specialist will maintain regular communication with existing accounts, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales and support repeat business. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams on pricing and availability, updating CRM systems with accurate sales data, and monitoring market trends to propose new opportunities. The role also includes providing basic product training to customers and partners, supporting after-sales service, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth. This position requires extensive travelling in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.





Qualifications

EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF HYDRAULIC FIELD SALES IS A MUST.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, clarify technical details, and provide timely support to clients.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training experience to deliver product knowledge sessions and guide customers on correct application of hydraulic and duct hose solutions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering, industrial products, business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in hydraulic systems, industrial hoses, or related technical sales is an advantage.
- Comfort working remotely with digital tools (CRM, video conferencing, office software) and the ability to work independently toward clear performance goals.
- Robust problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on ethical, relationship-based selling.
