With solid expertise in insurance, finance and digital ecosystems, we empower clients with future-ready technologies and business excellence.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Management Manage- End-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects (initiation to closure).- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and quality standards.Strategic Execution & Alignment Translate- Product vision and strategy defined by the CPO into actionable project plans.- Ensure alignment of all projects with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market priorities.- Support prioritization of product roadmap initiatives across Insurance and Lending portfolios.Stakeholder Management Act- As a liaison between the CPO, business teams, technology teams, and external partners.- Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.- Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.Domain Expertise (Insurance & Lending)- Initiatives related to: Policy administration systems (Life & General Insurance)- Claims management and underwriting workflows- Loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS)- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (e.G., IRDAI guidelines, RBI norms).Risk & Compliance Management Identify- Project risks, dependencies,



and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans.- Ensure all deliverables meet internal audit, compliance, and governance standards.- Maintain documentation for audit trails and regulatory reviews.Product & Technology Coordination Work- Closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.- Facilitate requirement gathering, BRD/PRD preparation, and change management.- Ensure Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies are effectively implemented.Performance Monitoring & Reporting Define- Track KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics for all projects.- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for the CPO and executive leadership.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance insights.Change & Transformation Management Support- Digital transformation initiatives across Insurance and Lending platforms.- Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and tools within the organization.- Ensure smooth change management and user adoption.Team Coordination & Leadership Collaborate- Cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business Units.Key Skills & Competencies Strong- Program/project management expertise (Agile/Waterfall)- Deep understanding of Insurance & Lending ecosystems- Stakeholder & leadership management- Risk and compliance orientation- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on lending and insurance software development projects.What We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on high-profile lending and insurance software projects.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Visit Us at:
