The role will be responsible for overall delivery leadership, client relationship management, operational governance, financial performance, business growth, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DME Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, Client Delivery, Operational Transformation, P&L; Management, and Leadership of large healthcare operations. This role requires a business leader capable of driving operational excellence, improving financial outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead end-to-end DME Billing operations across multiple accounts and business units. Manage large-scale operations comprising 150–300+ FTEs. Establish operational goals aligned with organizational objectives. Drive productivity, quality, collection, and profitability improvements. Ensure achievement of all contractual SLAs, KPIs, and business commitments. Develop and execute operational strategies for business growth and scalability. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary escalation point for key client accounts. Build and maintain robust executive-level client relationships.
