We are hiring an Assistant General Manager – Highways for a leading engineering consultancy specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience: 7–10 Years Employment Type: Full time Lead the design and delivery of highway projects, including alignments, interchanges, urban roads, and Detailed Design/DPR assignments. Review and approve highway designs, drawings, BOQs, reports, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, AASHTO, and other relevant highway design standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution. Provide technical leadership, mentor the highway design team, and drive engineering excellence. Participate in design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and project planning activities. 7–10 years of experience in highway design and project management. ~ Hands-on experience with Civil 3D,



OpenRoads Designer, MX Road, AutoCAD, and other highway design software. ~ Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. ~ Candidates from IITs, NITs, or other reputed institutes will be preferred.
