Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at RAJBAGH WELLNESS in Udaipur. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings for wellness packages and services. The Inside Sales Executive will follow up with prospects, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and coordinate with front office teams to ensure a smooth guest experience from initial contact through arrival. Daily tasks include explaining wellness programs, sharing pricing and availability, addressing guest concerns, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also involves collecting feedback, identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, and supporting promotional campaigns as needed. Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to manage inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed guests. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills,



including negotiation, closing, and working toward defined revenue and conversion objectives. Candidates should have proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools, along with accurate data entry and follow-up tracking. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in inside sales, hospitality, or wellness retreats; a diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Udaipur, with flexible availability aligned to guest needs and retreat schedules. Handle inbound enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media. Connect with prospective guests to understand their health goals and recommend suitable wellness programs. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track the complete sales pipeline.
