Overview We're looking for a driven business development professional to build and scale our Direct Demand and PMP business in India. Own the end-to-end sales process for Direct Demand and PMP opportunities across India Build relationships with media agencies, trading desks, programmatic teams, and advertisers Identify and convert new business opportunities across Direct and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals Develop proposals using premium publisher inventory based on client objectives Understand client requirements across categories including BFSI, fintech, e-commerce, travel, auto, FMCG, OTT, and healthcare Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Publisher teams to ensure successful campaign execution Timely collection followup and collection of Campaign Invoices Stay informed on agency requirements, competitor activity, and PMP market trends Experience in digital advertising, programmatic, PMP,



or private marketplace sales Proven ability to sell Direct Demand and PMP solutions and close new business Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, Deal IDs, premium inventory, and brand safety Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Self-driven and comfortable building a business in a growing market Existing relationships with senior decision-makers across agencies including GroupM/WPP, Publicis, dentsu, Omnicom, IPG, Havas, Madison, and leading independent digital agencies Enjoys building relationships and creating current business opportunities from the ground up Thinks consultatively and focuses on solving client challenges rather than simply selling inventory Takes ownership and enjoys building new processes as the business grows
