The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Brand deals and In App Ad Sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth targets. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for Brand Deals & In App Ad Sales.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, Content, Tech) to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization) mandatory
- Experience: Prior experience in Ad Sales is preferable
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
