Act as the first point of contact, qualify leads, and ensure seamless handover for Video Counselling (VC). Key Responsibilities Connect with leads via outbound calls using an auto-dialer Qualify prospects based on interest, eligibility, and career goals Build rapport through consultative selling and effective communication Generate interest and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions Collaborate with Admission Counsellors for smooth conversions Maintain accurate records in CRM Achieve daily, weekly,
