Role Overview:
As an Admission Counsellor at IIMS Skills, you will be the first point of contact between our institution and aspiring learners. Your primary role is to understand the educational needs of students and professionals, counsel them effectively, and guide them toward enrolling in the right programs. You'll help drive revenue growth and make a meaningful difference in people's careers and lives. This is not just a sales role - it is a career counselling + sales + relationship management position,
ideal for someone passionate about education and people.
Responsibilities:
-Handle student inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
-Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.
-Follow up with interested candidates.
-Convert leads into admissions.
-Maintain proper communication and records of students.
-Build proper trust and establish and maintain good relations between Students, parents and the company.
-Achieved key business goals while earning incentive-based recognition.
Requirements:
-Good communication skills.
-Immediate Joiner preferred.
-Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
-Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
-Candidates from Delhi/NCR preferred.
