Paci Fintech is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our growing team!

Location

- Remote
- Candidates must be based in Kochi, Kerala (availability for occasional in-person meetings and employee engagement activities is required).

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations
- Experience handling multi-location employees is preferred

✔ End-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding

✔ Employee Lifecycle Management

✔ Payroll Coordination & Leave Management

✔ HR Documentation & Policy Implementation

✔ Employee Engagement Activities





✔ Performance Management Support

✔ Exit & Offboarding Process

✔ HRMS Management & Record Maintenance

✔ Coordination with employees across multiple locations

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRMS tools is an advantage
- Immediate joiners are preferred
