Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, and Administrative Assistants. Clinical team members will assess children's developmental, behavioral, sensory, and emotional needs; create individualized treatment plans; provide therapy sessions; maintain accurate records; and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals. They will participate in case discussions, contribute to multidisciplinary planning, and support parent education and training programs. The Administrative Assistant will handle front desk operations, appointment scheduling, record management, coordination of reports,



and communication with caregivers and external stakeholders. Across all roles, team members are expected to support a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly workplace and uphold professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation for pediatric populations.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to child development and therapeutic interventions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess experience or training in Pediatrics and child-focused clinical practice.
- Relevant professional degrees such as BOT/MOT for Occupational Therapists, MPhil/PhD in Clinical or Rehabilitation Psychology, or equivalent recognized qualifications.
- Experience working in pediatric centers, hospitals, schools, or developmental clinics is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for those in the Administrative Assistant role, including proficiency with basic computer applications and record-keeping.
- Commitment to ethical practice, sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
