Role Description The Robotics and Coding Trainer will deliver interactive lessons in robotics, coding, and STEM concepts to children ages 4–16, using age-appropriate tools and curricula. Responsibilities include planning and conducting classes, guiding students through hands-on projects, and providing individual support to help learners understand core concepts and complete activities successfully. The trainer will also help design and refine learning materials, maintain equipment and classroom setups, and collaborate with the team to organize workshops, clubs, and events that promote innovation and problem-solving. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring consistent classroom presence and engagement with students and parents.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in robotics,



coding (such as block-based coding and introductory programming languages), and STEM education, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to young learners.
- Experience with hands-on teaching or training, especially in workshop-style or project-based environments, and a genuine interest in working with children ages 4–16.
- Effective classroom management skills, including the ability to create an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues, and for presenting complex ideas in easy, engaging ways.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans, activities, and projects that foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Comfort with educational technology, robotics kits, and makerspace tools, and willingness to learn new platforms and teaching methods.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in robotics, coding, or STEM education are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a full-time on-site setting, and openness to continuous professional development.
