- Payroll (PY) (if applicable)
- ESS/MSS (if applicable) Configuration & Process

Knowledge

 Good configuration exposure in at least one or more:

- PA/OM/PT/PY/ESS-MSS

 Understanding Of

- Personnel actions, energetic actions, org structures,

workflows (nice to have)

- PCRs, schemas, wage types, time evaluation rules (for

Payroll/Time roles)

Desirable  SAP certification in HCM/SuccessFactors
