We are seeking an experienced FileNet Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the IBM FileNet Content Management environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FileNet administration, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FileNet administration, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and administer IBM FileNet P8 environments.
- Manage Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and Application Engine (AE).
- Configure and maintain Object Stores, Storage Areas, Classes, Security, and Workflows.
- Monitor FileNet services and ensure high availability and optimal system performance.
- Perform backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot FileNet application and infrastructure issues.
- Integrate FileNet with enterprise applications and authentication systems (LDAP/Active Directory).




- Configure and support IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
- Monitor logs, resolve incidents, and provide root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during deployments and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guides.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with IBM FileNet P8 Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Content Engine, Process Engine, and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
- Knowledge of FileNet Object Stores, Classes, Security, ACLs, and Storage Policies.
- Experience with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) or equivalent application servers.
- Good understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases.
- Experience with LDAP/Active Directory integration.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Shell, or Python) is an added advantage.
- Robust troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
