We're hiring an AI Domain Expert – Chemistry (Remote | Contract)

We're looking for chemistry professionals who are passionate about combining scientific expertise with AI to help improve the quality and accuracy of next-generation AI models.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in research, academia, industry, or AI-related projects.

• PhD in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, or a related field.

• Candidates currently pursuing a PhD are also encouraged to apply.

• Solid understanding of chemistry concepts and scientific research.

• Experience with AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and scientific validation skills.





• Familiarity with AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, or data annotation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate AI-generated chemistry content.

• Create and evaluate chemistry-focused prompts and responses.

• Improve AI model performance using domain expertise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional AI teams.

• Ensure scientific accuracy, quality, and consistency across deliverables.
