We are looking for a proactive and motivated Placement Coordinator who is passionate about helping students build successful careers while developing strong relationships with educational institutions and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for students across various training programs.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with companies, recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring managers.
- Identify and onboard new companies for campus recruitment, internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
- Develop long-term corporate partnerships and placement tie-ups to increase job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and academic institutions for placement drives, recruitment events, and student engagement activities.
- Schedule and manage interviews, campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and placement events.
- Track student placement progress and ensure timely follow-ups until successful placement.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, interview schedules, offer letters, and placement reports.
- Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, professional communication, and placement readiness.
- Work closely with the academic,



operations, and training teams to ensure students are prepared for employment opportunities.
- Follow up with employers regarding interview outcomes, offer status, and joining formalities.
- Achieve placement targets while maintaining robust relationships with both employers and educational institutions.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in the education, EdTech, training, placement, admissions, student services, or corporate relations domain is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
