Job Description

- Drive regional sales performance by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue, market share, and business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare institutions, and decision-makers within the assigned territory.
- Identify growth opportunities within top accounts and implement strategies to defend existing business while driving competitive conversions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, capability building, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Medical Affairs to deliver customer-focused programs and address unmet market needs.
- Monitor business performance, ensure commercial discipline, and maintain effective sales processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms.




- Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market presence and support long-term business objectives.
- Navigate complex and evolving market dynamics while ensuring consistent execution, customer focus, and achievement of organizational goals

- Experience in Sales in medical equipment or technology.

- A collaborative approach to working with teams.
