We're building a new sector from scratch.

We're looking for a founding team member to help us validate the market, win our first customers, and build the commercial engine from the ground up.

This isn't a role for someone looking to manage an existing pipeline. There isn't one.

If you're the type of person who enjoys creating opportunities where none exist, loves speaking with founders and decision-makers, and gets excited by building something from zero, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

- Own business development from day one.
- Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound, networking, referrals, and creative distribution.
- Speak with customers to validate our assumptions and continuously refine our positioning.
- Build relationships with founders, operators, investors, and strategic partners.
- Help shape our go-to-market strategy based on real market feedback.
- Close early customers and help define our sales process.
- Work directly with the founder on everything commercial.

Who You Are





- Exceptionally driven and naturally curious.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys solving problems without a playbook.
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Has experience in sales, business development, founder-led sales, partnerships, or growth.
- Loves talking to people and isn't afraid of rejection.
- Thinks like an owner, not an employee.
- Executes relentlessly.

Bonus Points

- Experience selling high-ticket services or B2B solutions.
- Experience working with founders, startups, agencies, or private markets.
- Robust network is a plus—but hunger matters more.
