Our teams operate in agile, cross-functional pods to execute high-impact digital initiatives—from cloud migrations to ERP modernization—while maintaining strict compliance, scalability, and ROI focus. We're hiring an IT Project Manager to own delivery excellence across concurrent tech programs. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects—scope, timeline, budget, resources—with strict adherence to PMI/Agile frameworks.
- Partner with product, engineering, and client stakeholder teams to translate business requirements into executable, measurable project plans.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control; proactively escalate blockers and drive resolution with cross-functional leads.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile teams; enforce Kanban/Scrum workflows and tooling (Jira, Confluence).
- Generate real-time dashboards (MS Project, Power BI)



and KPI reports for executive stakeholders; ensure SLA compliance and on-time delivery.
- Onboard and mentor junior project coordinators; champion PMO best practices in documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.
