Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Verbal Ability Trainer to train university students in English communication, grammar, reading comprehension, and verbal reasoning. The trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing students employability, communication skills, and confidence for campus placements, public speaking, and professional success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Conduct interactive training sessions on Verbal Ability, Communication Skills, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Reading Comprehension.

 Design and deliver training modules based on UGC and NEP 2020 guidelines focusing on employability and skill development.

 Train students for campus recruitment assessments, interviews, and group discussions.

 Develop and update content, study materials, assessments, and mock test papers for verbal ability and communication skills.

 Conduct mock interviews, presentation sessions, and GD practice to enhance students qualified communication.

 Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.

 Collaborate with academic and placement departments to integrate verbal and communication skill programs into the curriculum.

 Guide students in improving their pronunciation, fluency, articulation, and confidence.

 Maintain attendance,



performance records, and progress reports as per institutional and UGC quality norms.

 Stay updated with current corporate communication trends, assessment patterns, and learning methodologies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Excellent command over English language (written, spoken, and comprehension).

 Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and verbal reasoning.

 Effective presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal communication skills.

 Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse academic backgrounds.

 Familiarity with UGC/AICTE guidelines, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), and NEP 2020 frameworks.

 Expertise in designing and delivering placement-oriented communication and aptitude modules.  Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

 Positive attitude, patience, and mentoring ability.

Qualification & Experience:

 Master's Degree in English / Communication / Linguistics / Education or related field (as per UGC norms).

 Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Verbal/Soft Skills/Communication Trainer in a university, college, or corporate training setup.

 Prior experience in campus recruitment training (CRT) preferred.

Compensation: As per university norms and candidate experience.
