About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Software Engineer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver next-generation AI-powered web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Django, React.js, and modern Generative AI technologies, with a passion for building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

You will work closely with product owners, AI architects, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to build intelligent AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and React.js.
- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini into enterprise applications.
- Design and implement Prompt Engineering techniques to improve AI response quality.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Develop AI-powered copilots, chatbots, intelligent search, and document processing solutions.
- Design efficient database models using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, Generative AI, and contemporary software engineering.

Education
