Role Description The Jewellery Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering a premium customer experience. This role includes managing sales activities, supervising and coaching store team members, and ensuring that visual merchandising and product displays align with WAHE's luxury and ethical brand standards. The manager will handle customer consultations, support bespoke and high-value purchases, resolve service issues, and uphold strong after-sales relationships. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with head office on stock replenishment, implementing store-level marketing initiatives, and tracking performance metrics such as sales targets and conversion rates.



The role also involves maintaining compliance with store policies, ensuring accurate cash handling and POS processes, and fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong retail management skills, including team leadership, performance coaching, scheduling, and daily operations oversight.
- Customer service and sales capabilities, with experience in consultative selling, luxury or premium retail, and handling high-value transactions.
- Knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, and precious metals, with the ability to communicate product features, certifications, and care guidelines clearly.
- Business and analytical skills, including basic proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or retail software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a skilled demeanor and the ability to build trust with diverse customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate documentation, clean and secure store environments, and well-presented displays.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Gurugram, including weekends and peak retail periods as required.
- Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail management is highly beneficial; a degree or diploma in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
