Role Description

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented professional to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in jewelry design or CAD who enjoys interacting with customers, demonstrating software, solving technical challenges, and helping manufacturers adopt new technologies.

You will work closely with jewelry manufacturers, CAD designers, production teams, and decision-makers to demonstrate MIRA3D's software and help customers improve their design and manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online and in-person software demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable MIRA3D solutions.
- Explain jewelry CAD and manufacturing workflows using MIRA with practical examples.
- Support customers during evaluations, onboarding, and training.




- Assist the sales team during customer meetings, exhibitions, webinars, and product launches.
- Test recent software features and provide feedback from a jewelry manufacturing perspective.
- Create sample designs, tutorials, and demonstration files for customers and marketing activities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with our product development team.

You'll work closely with our product and sales teams to:

- Test and refine our jewelry-specific design tools,
- Demonstrate best practices to our customers, and
- Represent the company in demos, webinars, and trade shows.

Qualifications

- Background in Jewelry Design, Jewelry Manufacturing, CAD/CAM, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, or similar CAD software is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with both CAD operators and senior management.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn new software.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions.
