Role Description The Sales Assistant role at Amisou Interior Designing Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by greeting and engaging potential clients, understanding their interior design needs, and explaining services and project workflows. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining client records, coordinating appointments and follow-ups, and supporting preparation of proposals and basic quotations. The role also involves collaborating with designers and project managers to ensure accurate information is shared with clients, tracking leads and conversions, and providing consistent customer service throughout the sales cycle.



The Sales Assistant will help maintain a well-organized studio environment and assist with basic marketing or promotional activities as needed.

- Candidates should possess solid interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain services and project details effectively.

- Basic knowledge or interest in interior design, architecture, or home improvement is beneficial.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or client databases) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience in sales support, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; relevant training or coursework in business, design, or a related field is helpful.
