Job Role: Technical Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding coordination
- Source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures
- Maintain solid candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment data, MIS reports, and hiring pipelines
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment / HR (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
