Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience with integration of third-party tools and APIs within ServiceNow ITOM.
- Ability to utilize low-code platforms for application customization and automation.
- Familiarity with release management and change control procedures.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to ensure system reliability.
Additional Information:
