Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- B2B & Corporate Sales: Identify, pitch, and secure corporate accounts for room tie-ups, ongoing business travel, and regular conference room bookings.
- Event & Banquet Sales: Actively sell the banquet hall for weddings, social gatherings, and corporate retreats. Manage the end-to-end client relationship from initial inquiry to final contract execution.

2. Marketing & Brand Building

- F&B; Promotions: Collaborate closely with the culinary and F&B; teams to design, launch, and market seasonal menus, special events, and daily promotions across all 4 F&B; outlets to attract both in-house guests and local residents.
- Digital Presence: Manage and grow the hotel's social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Create high-quality, engaging content that highlights our rooms, event successes, and dining experiences.
- Campaign Management: Develop and distribute offline and online marketing collateral (email campaigns, local partnerships, flyers) to drive overall footfall and brand awareness.

3. Market Research & Strategy

- Competitor Analysis:



Keep a pulse on local hospitality trends, competitor pricing, and market demands to adjust sales and marketing strategies proactively.
- Reporting: Track sales targets, monitor the ROI of marketing campaigns, and present performance reports to the management team.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Previous experience in the hospitality/hotel industry is highly preferred.
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Core Skills:
- Solid negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, social media algorithms, and content creation.
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and OTA extranets is a major plus.
- Personality: A highly motivated self-starter with a vibrant, outgoing personality who loves networking and building lasting client relationships.
