About The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team and spearhead our paid search initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive Google Ads campaigns aimed at scaling customer acquisition across our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies beyond basic campaign management, with the ability to craft profitable acquisition strategies, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Content, and Engineering, to enhance landing page performance and maximize conversion rates. Your expertise will directly influence our global marketing efforts, helping us reach new markets and customer segments effectively.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong knowledge of various campaign types such as Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns is essential.



Candidates should possess experience managing advertising budgets efficiently while optimizing for key performance indicators like CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, and ROAS. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and accurate conversion tracking is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for interpreting data and reporting insights effectively. A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and industry trends is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Generation, and App Campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-intent acquisition opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
- Build scalable campaign structures focused on maximizing profitability and customer reach.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign metrics such as CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, and ROAS through iterative testing and optimization.
- Develop and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and segmentation to enhance campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to identify best practices.
- Analyze campaign data regularly and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content,



and Engineering teams to improve landing page performance and increase conversion rates.
- Ensure precise tracking of conversions using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Research new advertising opportunities across different geographies, customer segments, and product lines to expand reach.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
