We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager who can take ownership of lead generation, client outreach, and building new business opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients for IT staffing, recruitment, software development, AI, and cloud consulting services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, founders, and technology decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with potential customers.
- Introduce JanSoft Global services and build long-term client relationships.




- Maintain lead information and sales activities in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities from initial contact to closure.
- Support marketing activities such as LinkedIn outreach and business networking.

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, or Consulting is preferred.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth activities.
- Positive research skills and understanding of B2B sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with IT companies, staffing firms, or technology services.
- Existing network of business contacts is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn RPS Business Development module is preferred.
