About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for visual storytelling and be passionate about creating engaging video content for digital platforms, brand campaigns, and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling videos that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, influencer marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand content.

* Create engaging reels, short-form videos, long-form videos, corporate films, event videos, and promotional content.

* Develop pitch videos and support the team with creative presentations for new business proposals.

* Enhance videos using motion graphics, animations, transitions, visual effects, music, sound design, and other creative elements.

* Collaborate closely with Creative, Copy, Strategy, Influencer Marketing, and Client Servicing teams to bring campaign concepts to life.

* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, platform specifications,



and quality standards.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

* Proficiency in *Adobe Premiere Pro, **Adobe After Effects*, and other industry-standard video editing software.

* Strong understanding of storytelling, editing techniques, pacing, and content formats across digital and social media platforms.

* Ability to work on both digital and mainline advertising campaign requirements.

* Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated marketing agency.

* Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and basic graphic design.

* Familiarity with current social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
