- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Financial Services, or Product-based organizations.
- Strong domain expertise in Corporate Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Risk, and Financing Risk.
- Experience in the end-to-end corporate loan lifecycle, including Term Loans, Revolving Credit Facilities (RCF), and Bridge Loans.
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, BRD/FRD/FSD preparation, user stories, and stakeholder management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, PostgreSQL, and data analysis/data modelling.
- Experience with API integrations, interface analysis, and contemporary application architectures (Microservices, REST APIs).
- Good understanding of Financial Markets, Trade Lifecycle, Market Risk, and Portfolio Management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Visio, Excel, and project documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in ambiguous business environments.
- Knowledge of ACBS, CreditMate, SCI, ESG lending, Predictive Analytics, or Machine Learning will be an added advantage
