Position: Switch and implementation- L2 support

Position is for an MNC (L2 support engineer for Switch and implementations)

Key responsibilities

- Provide production support and maintenance for switch systems, with preference for candidates experienced in Postilion Switch
- • Manage and perform of DR drill activities
- . • Should know NDC/DDC message protocols effectively
- • Work with Visa VTS Simulator and MasterCard Debit & Credit Simulators (MDS & MAS), BOSS NPCI simulator
- • Demonstrate strong understanding of ISO 8583 message formats, including versions 1987 and 1993
- • Coordinate with vendors and users for certifications, patch testing, and implementation
- • Ensure 24x7 system uptime, document and track all incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures




- • Manage the changes and migration of changes to production system
- • Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- • Conduct audit and control reviews to ensure compliance with organizational processes and procedures
- • House keeping of DB

Preferred Skills

- • Minimum 2-5 Years of relevant work experience.
- • Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- • Excellent communication and coordination skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents
- • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus
- • Domain Knowledge: Exposure to or prior experience in the Payment domain is highly desirable
- • Should have SQL very good knowledge
