Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner with 7 to 10 years of experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive effective HR initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies employee lifecycle management and organizational culture.
- Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive work environment
- Provide guidance on compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop effective solutions and programs
- Support organizational transformation and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address workforce needs in a matrixed environment
- Prepare and maintain HR reports dashboards and presentations to support decision making
- Partner with business unit leaders to translate business objectives into HR strategies
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives from Centers of Excellence and customize interventions for specific business units
- Manage employee relations including grievance resolution and conflict management
- Coach managers and leaders on talent management leadership practices and organizational change
- Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and data protection standards Facilitate onboarding performance management and exit processes
- Drive rewards recognition and retention programs to enhance employee morale
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and locations
- Driving Talent Management process end to end including pay planning career development and succession plan
