Job Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Political Science lessons for senior secondary classes (Grades 11‑12) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Implement innovative pedagogical techniques, including project‑based learning, debates, simulations, and digital resources to foster critical thinking.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary themes (e.g., History, Economics, Civics) and promote a holistic learning experience.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports using the school’s management system.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, career development workshops, and school events such as cultural festivals and sports days.
- Mentor students for extracurricular activities related to political science, including Model United Nations, debate clubs, and community service projects.
