Job Summary:

As a Junior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per design specifications and quality standards. This role provides hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, and material management — a perfect start for an engineering graduate passionate about construction and design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise site works to ensure they are executed as per drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams for smooth project execution.
- Assist in measuring quantities, tracking progress, and maintaining daily site reports.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols at site.
- Support the senior engineer in planning and scheduling activities.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and storage at the site.
- Report site issues, delays, and discrepancies to the Project Manager promptly.
- Verify that finishing, plumbing, electrical,



and structural works are completed as per standards.
- Learn to interpret architectural and structural drawings effectively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in architecture, interiors, and on-site execution.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic quantity calculation preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project locations.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
