What do we want from you

- P & L responsibilities with defined KRAs
- Lead delivery for engineering programs like Product design, Product Configuration, Manufacturing engineering and Automation
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables for strategic accounts programs, maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor program/ project health, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to meet SLAs.
- Define clear goals and objectives for team members, along with coaching and mentoring the team as needed.
- Manage engineers and conducting annual performance reviews.
- Responsible for creating and owning the services strategy while establishing and driving a roadmap to execute initiatives.
- Own and support the identification and implementation of various process improvement technologies that can include AI / RPA to enhance efficiency.
- Familiarize with productivity and process improvement life cycle management.
- Manage cross-functional teams across offshore and onsite locations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.
- Monitor cost margins and optimize delivery budgets.

Required Skills;

- 20+ years of experience with strong expertise in product design, CAD tools and PLM/PDM (Prefer on Inventor)
- Master's degree / Bachelor's degree in engineering

- Proven ability to lead large delivery teams and manage global client relationships.
- Knowledge of AI/Automation technologies and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred to have certification: PMP / Six Sigma / Kaizen / any product & productivity related.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with running IT operations, PMO processes, and driving continuous improvement.
